An efficient planning

strategy so you feel more excited, organized, confident and accomplished with the whole process  PLUS have an experienced wedding consultant work side by side with you as you curate your wedding plans, eliminating uncertainties you may have.

  • Once we're booked, we begin planning with any vendors you've added for us to manage if applicable

  • Continue comprehensive consulting by text, phone or email

  • Obtain agreements of the vendors you've been managing for our in-office 6 weeks out appointment

  • Take over vendor communication        (6 weeks prior)

  • Walk your ceremony and reception venue with you

  • Assist with floorplan creation

  • Help creating timeline by strategizing the best way for it to unfold

  • Create a comprehensive final checklist (showing what's pending & complete)

  • Distribute timeline and floorplan to vendors

  • Wedding ceremony planning (beginning at 6 weeks out)

  • Assistance choreographing processional/recessional

  • Assistance with music

  • Assistance with ceremony traditions and rituals

  • Running of ceremony rehearsal

NOTE: Pricing is based on up to 16 vendors included in your wedding plan and up to 250 guests for masterful coverage.  Price will vary depending on intricacy of details and larger guest counts.
